Just when I thought I had my dry skin under control ( thank you vitamin E oil!)  The last of this wintery weather let me know it wasn't done taking it's toll on my skin yet!  While my face is taken care of, the skin on the remaining 90% of my body is in dire straits.  This was brought to my attention while undressing and taking a look at the inside of my black jeans.  NOT a pretty sight.  FLAKE CITY.  Time to make an emergency trip to get this dry itchy skin under wraps!  Here's what I came home with!

A week in and I've definitely seen a difference, but If I miss a day, I'm back to semi-scaly.  I'm hoping this time next week I'll have some better news! 


  1. Try dry brushing just before you shower.

    I bought this brush just before Christmas and I haven't gotten any of that scaly skin that I normally do during the winter. Plus dry brushing has some awesome benefits like toning your skin, increased circulation and helps the body get rid of toxins. Woot!
