With all the new fun lip color trends out there, you may find yourself focusing on how white, or not-so-white your teeth may look. Lucky for you a whiter smile is much easier (and cheaper) to achieve than you think. As much as I want a pearly-white grill, I am less than enthusiastic to spend money on strips, trays, markers, and whatever else the commercials tell me I need.
This is a little trick that I use for keeping my choppers dazzling for cheap!
After brushing, rinse with 1Tbsp Hydrogen Peroxide for approximately 60 seconds.
*You can also do a 1:1 mixture of peroxide and water.
Repeat every morning for seven days.
After seven days rinse 1-2 times a week to maintain brightness.
To really boost up the brightening power, dip your wet toothbrush into baking soda before applying toothpaste.
You will begin to notice a difference after the first 2 or 3 days and real change by the end of the week!
*Always be careful not to swallow hydrogen peroxide although it is not harmful in small amounts
*Using Hydrogen Peroxide as a rinse should not be used for extended periods of time
